Shipping Information

Flagpoles take between one and two weeks to arrive at your location.

Stock flags and accessories usually ship within 1 business day. Out of stock items usually ship within 5-7 business days. We ship flag poles via commercial carriers.

For standard flag shipping we use either UPS or USPS.

Return Policy

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the item is in its original condition. If the return is a result of our error, we will gladly pay the return shipping cost.

What size flag should I get?

For display poles, common sizes are 3'x5' or 4'x6', depending upon your preference. For flagpoles, it is best to find out from the manufacturer or retailer what the best size flag, but in general, you can follow the table below:

How do I properly dispose my US flag?

The Unites States Flag must be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning it. Many local Veterans of Foreign Wars offices offer this service free of charge.

Why doesn't Narragansett Flag Co. have a set price for flagpoles?

Narragansett Flag Co. doesn't have set prices for flagpoles because we want to offer you the lowest price possible. Our base rate is the rate for only the flagpole and its included accessories. When you complete our online "Quote Me" form, we search for the best shipping rate. We then add that rate to the base price. You'll then receive an e-mail from us quoting you for a flagpole that's delivered right to your door!
