Custom Flag Orders

To our valued customers:

RI Flags LLC is a family run, small business servicing the community in which we live. We strive to provide an exceptional customer experience with everything we do. We want you to be very pleased with your custom flag. We will do our best to ensure that we are upfront and transparent every step of the way so there are no surprises.

Please understand that custom flags are not returnable nor refundable. We will provide multiple opportunities for you to review and approve your flag design before it goes to the manufacturer for production. Please carefully inspect all designs submitted for your approval to ensure that there are no spelling, color, design, or other errors.  

Once a design is submitted to the manufacturer changes cannot be made without the customer incurring additional charges. If you encounter errors on your design it is your responsibility to let us know as soon as possible. We are not responsible for errors on custom flags that have been approved by the customer.

A price quote will be provided in writing for your approval prior to production. Design services are not included in the price of the flag, and will be indicated as a separate line item on your price quote. Please ask any questions prior to approving your custom flag design and price quote. We request that all approvals be made via email to minimize the potential for confusion and miscommunication.
